Who we are
FastDec is a brand of Lease-Pilot Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16438601), with a registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ.
What we do
We connect company directors and individuals with UK solicitors who can witness statutory declarations over a short video appointment. The service is used most often for the Declaration of Solvency (Form LIQ01) that directors need when closing a solvent company through a Members' Voluntary Liquidation.
- A single fixed fee of £125, with no extra charge for urgent or same-day appointments.
- A fully remote process, with no paperwork to post and no in-person meeting.
- Same-day availability, normally at no additional cost.
- The completed, witnessed document returned to you by email.
What we are not
FastDec is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. The witnessing itself is carried out by a qualified UK solicitor. It is your responsibility to make sure that a statutory declaration, and a remotely witnessed one in particular, is appropriate, valid and effective for your intended purpose.
